AmeriplanUSA® will invoice your company on a monthly or quarterly basis if there are five (5) or more employees participating in the Dental, Vision, Prescription, Chiropratic program OR the Vision, Prescription, Chiropractic program.
An Employer Acceptance letter must be completed and returned to our Corporate office along with the applications for all participating employees and the first months memberships fees. (Paper work is one-time and very minimal)
Another option is for employers to offer the plan on an individual basis. An employer may payroll deduct and cover as few as one employee, OR as many employees as desiring coverage, OR your employees can be responsible for payments individually. Have questions? Email us for full details!
