1. How much is the monthly membership fee?

* Each Plan has a One-Time $20 Non-refundable Registration Fee.
2. How long does it take to get my membership cards? You will receive your membership packet and cards within 10-14 business days.
3. Who can be on our "Household" membership? Anyone living in your household, such as children, parents, relatives, significant others, or any permanent resident.
4. How do I pay my membership fee? Monthly or quarterly payments are made ONLY by:
- Electronic bank draft system (checking or savings) or
- Credit card
INVOICING IS DONE ONLY FOR ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP PAID ONE YEAR IN ADVANCE or to employers who have at least 5 employees enrolled.
5. Can I go to any dentist? You can go to any dentist on our plan. If you prefer your current dentist, and they are not on our list of providing dentists, send us their name, address & phone number (along with your contact information), and they will be contacted about becoming a plan dentist as well. Please allow up to six weeks for processing if they are interested.
6. What happens if I'm traveling & I have a problem? No problem! Call the 800 number on the back of your membership card & ask for a participating dentist, vision provider or pharmacy that is closest to you.
7. Is this an insurance company? NO! Since the dental plan is not insurance or a health care organization, all pre-existing conditions are covered (except orthodontic treatment in progress and under contract). Plus we are not restricted to the exclusions of typical insurance plans.
8. If it isn't insurance, what is it? This is a dental referral organization that offers memberships in its discount dental plan. Members can save 25% to 65% on all restorative & cosmetic work (fillings, crowns, braces, etc.) and up to 80% on preventative work (teeth cleaning, x-rays, etc.) General dentistry & all specialties where available are covered.
9. Can anyone become a "Broker" and how much does it cost? YES! Fill out the form provided & a broker application will be sent to you. 11. Are all 4 "Plans" available nationwide? Yes! The Dental, Vision, Presciption Drug and Chiropractic plans are available in all states (except Alaska), Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
12. Can companies offer this fantastic coverage to their employees as benefits? YES! If a company has 5 or more participating members, we can WAIVE the $20 registration fee per membership. Also if the employer desires, this can be setup as a Cafeteria Plan Section 125 pre-tax health benefit.
