The state-of-the-art Customer Service Center accommodates 180 respresentatives who field calls from Independent Business Owners, members and providers. The Printing and Disctibution Facility houses an impressive selection of high-performance equipment to produce all company materials, from high-impact marketing materials to company stationery.
